# Installation

Step by step instructions on how to install the "Advanced /spawn" resource easily!

## 1. Install Skript

You can find information on how to install the Skript plugin [here](/docs/extra-information/skript.md#how-to-install-skript).

Make sure to download the latest version of Skript.

## 2. Install the Script

"Scripts" are little code projects stored in .sk files,\
most of my projects are coded with these.\
\
After downloading the resource from my BuiltByBit page & installing the Skript plugin,\
navigate to the "scripts" folder in Skript's directory - `home/plugins/Skript/scripts`

Now, upload the resource in said "scripts" folder.

## 3. Start your Server

After uploading the resource in to the "scripts" folder,\
start/restart your server & make sure that the Skript plugin has loaded.\
\
Make sure to check if there's a startup message registered in your console's log.\
It should look something like this:

## 4. Editing the Resource

Everything in this resource is configurable.\
You can find more information on how to change the messages, sounds, options and other configurable parts of the resource in the [Extra Options](#id-4.-editing-the-resource) page.

## 5. Permissions & Commands

### Permissions:

Set the spawn location : `sk.setspawn`\
Edit the spawn settings & view the /spawn help menu: `sk.spawnadmin`\
Use the instant-spawn feature: `sk.instantspawn`

### Commands:

Set the spawn location: `/setspawn` \[sk.setspawn]\
Teleport to the spawn location instantly `/ispawn` \[sk.instantspawn]\
Display the spawn settings menu: `/spawn settings` \[sk.spawnadmin]\
Teleport to the spawn location: `/spawn` \[No permission needed]
